Project 1
Concrete batching plant built on the site of an old factory in Cheshire. Moorhouse Construction recycled the floor of the old building and used the recycled material as hardcore beneath the plant yard area. All hopper pits and plant foundations constructed by us to clients requirements.
Project 2
This large cofferdam was installed by Moorhouse Construction to allow the construction of underground concrete retaining walls in running sand to house a below ground intake hopper.
Project 3
Modular formwork erected in steel sheeted piled cofferdam to form hopper pit to concrete plant in Leicestershire.
Project 4
Steel sheet piles being driven in to a depth of 8m below ground to allow excavation to take place for building of a concrete structure to allow delivery lorries to tip into a hopper to supply aggregate to the storage bins.
Project 5
Small cofferdam installed to a busy concrete plant in Worcestershire to allow construction of wedge pit for yard water collection. The collected water was then recycled for use in the production of the concrete.
